Cadrate does not host, stream, upload, or distribute any video or audio content. We do not provide, sell, or facilitate access to pirated or unlicensed content. Any "where to watch" links point to third-party, licensed streaming providers, and we are not responsible for their availability, pricing, or content.

We reserve the right to remove content or restrict accounts that violate these rules.

4. Content You Post

Comments, votes, and any other content you submit remain associated with your account. By posting, you grant Cadrate a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content on the Service. You're responsible for what you post, and you confirm you have the right to post it.

We may moderate, edit character limits on, or remove comments at our discretion, including to enforce length limits or community standards.

5. Third-Party Metadata & Intellectual Property

Film and series metadata (titles, images, cast, ratings, and similar data) displayed on Cadrate belongs to its respective rights holders and providers (including TMDb, IMDb, and JustWatch) and is used under their respective terms. Cadrate does not claim ownership over this metadata. If you believe content on Cadrate infringes your rights, contact us at support@cadrate.com.

6. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that metadata (ratings, availability, release dates, etc.) is always accurate, complete, or up to date, since much of it comes from third parties. We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cadrate and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including reliance on metadata, recommendations, or third-party streaming links.

8. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when that happens.
